The line offers weekly 3- to 7-day cruises and a few longer special voyages. You can even get a Disney World cruise package that combines a cruise with a stay at Disney World. The best Disney Cruises from Florida will simply depend on where – and for how long – you and your family wish to travel. You’ll also have to factor in the dates you can travel and select from the available options.

Some of the highlights that guests can expect onboard are a waterslide; the first Disney ride onboard one of the Disney Cruise ships. Kids will surely enjoy the world’s first Frozen-themed, theatrical dining experience where you’re magically transported to the enchanting Kingdom of Arendelle. On Monday morning, June 6, the Disney cruise ship disembarked her last guests and set sail to Miami. From Miami, she sails on her first cruise today, a 4-night Bahamas cruise to her regular ports, Castaway Cay and Nassau.

Where will the other Disney ships sail from?

With unexpected travel delays being so common, a simple flight issue or heavy traffic can put you at risk of missing your cruise when flying in on embarkation day. Arriving the day before setting sail can give you added peace of mind and a more stress-free vacation experience. That’s why Go Port’s Fly Snooze Cruise packages are so popular among Port Canaveral cruisers.

Easy to Book and Guaranteed Pick Up

Since we don’t like to take the chance, my family and I like to fly in the day before our cruise is scheduled to set sail. This ship has been making tropical vacation dreams come true since first setting sail in summer of 2022. Cruisers are also encouraged to make a splash at AquaMouse, Disney’s first-ever attraction at sea, that combines a water coaster and animated short stories for a one-of-a-kind ride.

Crew members carried the patient on a stretcher on deck where she was then hoisted into the aircraft. Both itineraries are 7-nights long, with the Bermuda cruise including an overnight visit to the Royal Naval Dockyard in Bermuda. Meanwhile, the Bahamas and Florida cruise features calls on Port Canaveral (Orlando, Florida), Nassau, and Ocean Cay. For guests who want to see it all, there will also be an option to combine both itineraries to create a 14-night Eastern and Western Caribbean Cruise.

Unless you want to explore the surrounding area before or after your cruise (and don’t have your own car), it’s best to stick with a cheaper and more convenient option. Having your car means you can plan your own schedule, and you won’t have to depend on anyone else. Those staying at Disney World before or after the cruise can use Disney Cruise Line’s official Port Canaveral shuttles to travel between the hotel and the ship. The shuttle transfers are priced at $39 per guest for a one-way trip (or $78 roundtrip), which includes door-to-door service and luggage assistance.

As your dedicated travel planner, The Vacationeer is available to answer all your questions and cater to your specific needs. These balconies are an added bonus as they allow you to enjoy some “outside” space separate from the hotel room.

It’s not surprising that Cozumel is a favored tourist spot for Disney cruises from Port Canaveral. On the other hand, most of Disney’s longer cruises departing from Port Canaveral are multi-port itineraries. For instance, the Western Caribbean itinerary usually includes stops in places such as Cozumel, Mexico, George Town, Grand Cayman, and Falmouth, Jamaica. Once at the port of call, passengers can participate in various shore excursions, from snorkeling and beach time to cultural tours and culinary experiences. About 285 miles away in Port Canaveral, Florida, MSC Seashore will offer a range of itineraries departing on Thursdays and Sundays. These include 3 to 4-night cruises to the Bahamas, which will call on Nassau and Ocean Cay, and 7-night Western Caribbean Cruises, which will stop at Cozumel and Costa Maya in Mexico and Ocean Cay.
